The MDHFM School
Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken did develop a know how dedicated to help humans activate total potentiality, improve performance in communication, collaboration, cocreation, self-organization, self-regulation and sustainable living.
His goal was to support individuals, communities, companies, organizations, human cities and cultures to shift to human organizations with awareness and respect of human beings, nature and culture.
In order to achieve that goal he did study in many disciplines (and knowledge fields) about human behavior and human needs, their natural communication and collaboration processes, natural learning process, as well as about their relationship to nature.
"...only by integrating nature principles in daily life it is possible for humans to cocreate a sustainable living environment and a sustainable collaboration process..."
The know how he i did develop is based now in 36 principles, 27 F-elements, 18 elements, 9 learning rooms and a Zero training, which play all toghether in an open self organized and self regulated systhem of collaboration and cocreativity in a sustainable way (30.30.30 Network) and is provided by a management school (MDHFM School).
This systhem helps human communicate and collaborate, plan and develop as a community or team better, by sharing common values and care for nature and human future.
Multidimensional Human Factor Management is the study of human factor and its interaction to nature.
By respecting individuals sensitivity, life needs, natural development and interests, as well as by collaborating with nature principles, MDHFM school students become a new kind of manager, able to work with any human discipline, any culture or business conditions, able to react and face variable conditions, and also bring the modern world intelectual management systhem and know how, to an advanced integral management systhem (hear our Radio Show recorded, available online for one introduction).

Improve human and organization performance in the fields of human communication, collaboration, cocreativity and organization by applying and collaborating with nature principles and nature inteligence.
Support companies, organizations and comunes advance communication, collaboration, organizatio decision taking.
Facilitate "sustainable human cocreative collaboration" processes in the company, organization, team, comune, city, culture.
Keep and care for a "quality of human experience" along business/project planning, team building, organization, management, innovation and development

For Parents: it is possible to apply MDHFM to show your children how to play, and apply, nature principles in daily life, for taking decisions and manage own resources: time, body, energy, mind, and many dimensional of experience your children mght be alread aware of. The courses for parents provide also a suitable training in "learning by doing", "Sensory learning" experiences.
303030 Network and Know How Application
The MDHFM School collaborates with the 303030 Network in order to cocreate a sustainable collaborative environment where students can learn, apply their new skills and know how, start up own projects, enjoy network services, collaborate with other network members, and develop own interests.
The 303030 Network also provide services and run collective projects with their members, to companies, organizations, associations, cities, comunes and towns.
