In 1993, I stood in front of a room full of university students, leading a workshop I had created to fill a massive gap in their education. They had knowledge—but lacked the skills to lead, create, and innovate.

For five years, I trained my peers in emotional intelligence, leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity, and personal growth—powerful competences that transformed their ability to thrive in the real world. The results were astonishing. I saw students unlock their true potential, break through limitations, and create real impact in their lives.
